Tracking an Order Packages shipped by UPS and Fedex are trackable. If a valid e-mail address is provided, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Visit www.ups.com or www.fedex.com to enter the tracking number and check the progress of your shipment. United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking information as they only scan the package when received and delivered. Visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number to check the progress of your shipment. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order has not been shipped, the email address provided was invalid, or the email was blocked by your spam filter. |

Return Policy: Our goal is your satisfaction, therefore we offer the following: If the Sogeman product you purchased is unlikely defective within the first 30 days we will exchange it. After that, we will repair or exchange(at our option) your product according to the specific warranty. You just return, shipping prepaid, the defective item to us, we will then ship a replacement to you at no charge (shipped regular mail to you). You may also return, shipping prepaid, any new and undamaged (with original packaging) item to us for any reason within the first 30 days of shipping date and receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping. If you installed the product and it is returned within 30 days with all packaging but with little damage or marks, we will apply a 10-25% restocking charge (valid in US and Canada only). We are sorry, but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund after 30 days of original reception. In any case, you must first request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) first via email. |
